Where is my order?

All items are packaged and tracked through our carriers and an email confirmation is sent to the user who purchased. Production on all customs takes about 5-10 business days to ship. If you need your tracking information resent, please contact the WareHouse at info@bewaredesigns.com

What’s your refund policy?

While all work is non-refundable the artist will work with you to ensure you are more than satisfied the first time. The more specific you are, the better the artists interpretation tends to be. Pictures are available upon request or will be posted on social media platforms prior to delivery of your item.

Clothing is available for refund via credit on future purchases.

Why does production take so long?

This shop is 100% owned and operated by the artist. The creative process, supplier availability/delays, and mail carrier service delays all impact our delivery from the time you order to your doorstep. For all custom orders, production takes about 2 weeks depending on current workload. Standard shipping should take 3-5 business days domestically, but please be patient as COVID is impacting deliveries.
